Dr. Saget-Menager earned her B.A. from Georgian Court University and an M.A. from Kean University, before receiving her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from The School of Psychology and Counseling at Regent University. During her 18 years of practice, Sherley Saget-Menager has worked with children, adolescents, college students, adults, as well as couples and families. She has experience in various settings including therapeutic schools, hospitals, and community mental health and substance abuse centers. She has also has 11 years experience in a forensic settings performing therapy and assessment.
Dr. Saget-Menager is passionate about helping people achieve balance in their lives through building healthy lifestyle habits. She works with individuals, couples and families who are experiencing distress or who want to improve communication and learn more about themselves. She also offers Christian counseling.
Experienced in the treatment of depression, anxiety, addictions, and interpersonal problems, Dr. Saget-Menager believes that talking to a compassionate, insightful and non-judgmental listener can help people work through their problems, fully enjoy their relationships, and find meaning and well-being in their lives.
