New Clients

Each provider affiliated with SJPCS operates as an independent professional entity. Providers are not employees of SJPCS. They maintain independent clinical judgment and responsibility for their own professional services and contract with SJPCS for administrative, billing, and practice-management support. Please request an appointment for individual provider hours, availability, and insurance acceptance.
