Ashley Deitz, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She is licensed to practice in New Jersey and provides telehealth services to clients in Florida.

Ashley is passionate about creating a space that feels safe, welcoming, and judgment-free. She believes that having the right support can make a meaningful difference in a person’s ability to grow, heal, and thrive.

Ashley has worked with individuals across the lifespan in a wide range of settings, including schools, group homes, outpatient offices, hospitals, in-home therapy, and family therapy. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults ages 5–21 who are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional and behavioral dysregulation, grief and loss, life transitions, divorce, self-esteem concerns, and stress management.

In sessions, Ashley collaborates with clients to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to build insight, develop healthy coping strategies, and support meaningful personal growth. Her therapeutic style is empathetic, collaborative, and non-judgmental, and she empowers clients to take an active role in their treatment.

Ashley utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the individual.
