Julie Franklin, MAC, LPC

Julie Franklin, M.A.C., LPC, earned her Master’s in Counseling from Biblical Theological Seminary in 2008.  Julie works with clients suffering from mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, panic disorder, bi-polar disorder I & II, PTSD, OCD, and ADHD.  She works with clients to resolve issues related to low self-worth, co-dependency, anger, relationship challenges, young adult related challenges, grief and loss, narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, trauma, and issues related to parenting a child/adult with special needs.

Her counseling techniques include cognitive behavior therapy, trauma-informed therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, behavioral therapy, reframing, emotion-focused therapy, and family systems therapy. Julie specializes in counseling from a Biblical world view, and provides this to clients requesting Christian counseling.

With her compassionate and practical style, Julie labors to strengthen both the individual and relationships.  She considers it a privilege and a calling to extend God’s love and grace to her clients, while offering a variety of skills and resources to help her clients reach their goals
